Meetings Count LLC (‘we,’ ‘our,’ or ‘us’) operates the Meetings Count app to help individuals in recovery verify attendance at meetings for courts, probation officers, treatment centers, and other approved entities. We take privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information.

From registered users:
– Name, email address, and phone number
– Encrypted password
– Attendance details (meeting type, date, verification status)
From verifiers (users confirming attendance):
– First name and last initial
– Last four digits of phone number (no full phone number stored)
Payment information:
We use Stripe to securely process payments. We do not store full payment details.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to verify and record meeting attendance, provide reports, process payments, and improve our app. We never sell your personal data.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share limited data with Authorized parties (report viewers: courts, probation officers, therapists), service providers (like Stripe), or when required by law. Authorized parties are specified by registered users to receive reports about themselves and their attendance activity.
5. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on secure servers in the United States with encryption and access controls.

7. Children’s Privacy
The app is not for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We use both email and text messaging to communicate with our registered users, verifiers and report viewers including system login and sending reports. You agree that we may send you email and text communications. You may opt out of future communication; however, you will be unable to access your account or information.
